Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service across all channels, adhering to quality standards.
  • Utilize applications effectively to process customer transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of client products, services, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with client and company policies and procedures.
  • Meet goals and raise funds for long-term organizational sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED or the equivalent in related work experience.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working on-site in Winnipeg. A quiet dedicated workspace is required, with a hard-wired high-speed internet connection and a USB-connected headset.
