Job Title: User Experience Researcher

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our users and inform design decisions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design and conduct research studies to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and preferences.
  • Analyze data and translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product development.
  • Communicate research insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in user research, with a strong portfolio of case studies.
  • Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
