Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and develop user personas
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in design, business, innovation, technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proficient in visual design tools such as Figma
  • Strong understanding of design thinking and agile development principles
  • Demonstrated portfolio of UX design work
