We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to join our team at Manjit S Gauba Professional Corporation. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Preparation: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organized, and ability to work independently.
Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
