Job Title: Bookkeeping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain internal record-keeping system
  • Perform data entry
  • Keep logs and maintain records
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
