Job Title: Sales Specialist - Home Appliances

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will provide expert advice and guidance to customers on all home appliance products, including supporting products, warranty plans, and financing options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Stay up-to-date on in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to effectively communicate with customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining margin goals
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
