Technical Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Bath Fitter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our sales teams, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure impeccable project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Present tested and approved products to project managers and clients
- Visit client premises to conduct detailed assessments of specific project needs and establish relationships of trust
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery
- Design and perfect prototypes through repetitive testing and validation
- Travel to customers to install personalized products and solutions
- College diploma in mechanical production or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of the thermoforming process and composite materials
- Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Bilingualism, French and English
