Job Title: Technical Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Bath Fitter. As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our sales teams, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure impeccable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze business requests received and act as an expert advisor to confirm feasibility and propose a product solution
  • Present the tested and approved products to the Project Manager and the client
  • Visit client premises to carry out detailed assessments of specific project needs and establish relationships of trust with them
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the technical production support, the product designer, the project managers, the engineers and the sales teams
  • Design and perfect prototypes by carrying out repetitive testing using mock-ups to validate concepts and functionalities and ensure they comply with project specifications
  • Travel to customers to carry out installations of personalized products and solutions
Requirements:
  • Hold a college diploma in mechanical production or in a field related to plastics
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the thermoforming process and composite materials
  • Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Ability to work with manual tools (saw, drill and others) as well as read plans
  • Bilingualism, French and English
