Key Responsibilities
  • Registering Guests and Assigning Rooms: Ensure that all arriving guests are registered and assigned to their rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Processing Group Arrivals and Departures: Coordinate the arrival and departure of group guests, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that the hotel's policies and procedures are followed.
  • Managing Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as necessary, ensuring that all changes are accurately reflected in the hotel's system.
  • Providing Hotel Information: Offer guests information about hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
  • Processing Guest Departures: Calculate charges and receive payments from departing guests, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining Financial Records: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
