Project Coordinator, Technical Service Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and communicative professional looking to make a meaningful impact at Plan Group? As a Project Coordinator, Technical Service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, generating quotations, sourcing parts, and monitoring invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed documentation to resolve client inquiries effectively.
- Complete accurate data entry of client information into Jonas to maintain up-to-date client profiles and develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Aid in developing the monthly maintenance schedule to ensure conservation of client equipment and satisfaction of SLAs.
- Generate simple quotations for clients to provide a scope of work for recommendations or in response to RFPs.
- Assist the Purchasing department in obtaining pricing for required parts.
- Effectively monitor the invoice creation and delivery process and provide support to ensure timely billing of clients.
- Communicate with clients disputing invoices to resolve or explain real or perceived discrepancies.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of related industry experience; electrical trade experience is an asset.
- Keen attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAP is considered an asset.
