Snow Removal Specialist Job Summary

The Grounds Guys is seeking a highly motivated and organized Snow Removal Specialist to join our team. As a Snow Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for the complete snow removal activities of the pre-designated location in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate snowplow equipment to clear snow from designated areas
  • Ensure safe snow removal practices and procedures are followed
  • Work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 24/7 on-call availability during snow events
  • Clearing during/after snow events
  • Salting before and/or after snow/rain/ice events
  • Loading transports for snow hauling
  • General upkeep of machinery
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Must have own means of transportation to commute to and from work

Requirements:

Previous experience operating snowplow equipment is preferredKnowledge of safe snow removal practices and proceduresAbility to work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods of timeStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyValid driver's license with a clean driving record24/7 on-call availability during snow eventsClearing during/after snow eventsSalting before and/or after snow/rain/ice eventsLoading transports for snow haulingGeneral upkeep of machinery12 hour shiftsMust have own means of transportation to commute to and from work
