Job Title: Snow Removal Walks Crew Member

Job Summary:

Clintar Winnipeg is seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Removal Walks Crew Member to join our team for the winter season. As a key member of our ice and snow team, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing and de-icing designated areas using various snow removal equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
  • Shovel, snowblow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
  • Apply sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Clean and valid driver's license
  • On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Prior snow experience is an asset
