At EXP, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Configure and maintain user workstations, printers, and other peripherals
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with desktop and server hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
