Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency
  • Manage and direct a team of staff to perform daily job tasks
  • Ensure associates are driving company initiatives and promoting a 100% commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and control labor standards and property level expenses to achieve maximum flow-through to the bottom line profit
  • Participate in sales activities and meet revenue objectives

Requirements
  • Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required; 4-year degree highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to read and speak the English language and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Compensation

Pay ranges for the position are as follows:

For Colorado, Washington, California, applicants only: General Manager GMA - $53,000 - $76,000 annually

For New York City (Whitestone) applicants only: General Manager GMA - $57,000 - $87,000 annually
