Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet customer expectations
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
