Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at ON-TIME HR - TORONTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare tax returns and other financial reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Organized and strong time management skills
