Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Acme Accounting Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Preparation: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and tight deadlines.
Work Environment:
- Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Credential Recognition: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
Support for Youths:
- Awareness Training: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
