Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the University Health Network. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment activities and providing exceptional service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Talent Acquisition Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting job ads, pre-screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and other correspondence as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively and timely with internal stakeholders.
- Meet internal stakeholder expectations while ensuring that processes and practices adhere to employment legislation, collective agreements, and all applicable policies.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role focused on coordination.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience working in a dynamic office environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to show initiative and deliver results.
- Savvy computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
