About the Role

LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing, from identifying talent to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post job notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Talent Acquisition: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, and notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
  • Staffing Administration: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
