**Key Responsibilities**
* Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow
* Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members
* Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
**Computer and Technology Skills**
* Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
**Personal Qualities**
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
**Work Arrangements**
