Senior Field Marketing Manager

Orium is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Marketing Manager to lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand generation and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and execute events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage event budgets and provide detailed reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, sales automation, and CRM.
- Lead and evolve marketing programs based on performance data and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- 4-7 years of marketing experience, with 3 years minimum of B2B field marketing experience in the B2B professional services industry.
- Proficient in marketing automation (HubSpot) and sales automation/CRM (Salesforce) reporting and campaign tools.
- Proven ability to lead, execute, and evolve marketing programs based on performance data and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record and hands-on experience managing and prioritizing initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously across multiple channels.
