Safety Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Specialist to join our team at Parsons Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our industrial site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field inspections to detect and correct safety hazards.
- Administer job safety programs and monitor the safety performance of construction operations.
- Represent the SH&E manager on project or program worksites.
- Assist with accident record analysis and conduct new hire safety orientations.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience on industrial sites or mines.
- CSO/NCSO certification or working towards a OH&S Certificate/Diploma.
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian safety and health regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
