About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No experience required; we provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset

What We Offer

  • 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday coverage
  • Location: Prince Albert, SK
  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $67,000
