About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via in-person and online channels
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience is required, and we would provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person and online
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset
What We Offer
- 37.5 hours/week, Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday coverage
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $67,000
