About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet client needs and goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage credit solutions and financing products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate partners and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in mortgage market regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
