Quality Control Inspector

At Topline Farms, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of containers, materials, and products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Weigh, measure, and count products and materials with precision.
  • Accurately document product, packaging, and other information on detailed forms.
  • Compare inspection data with receiving records to identify discrepancies and report any issues.
  • Take high-quality photos and prepare comprehensive quality reports.
  • Communicate effectively with Quality Coordinators and Supervisors to prioritize inspection tasks.
  • Report damages, shortages, and non-conformities to the Quality Control Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
  • Basic math calculation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Famous is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 30lbs.
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 68-72°F).
