**The Role:** We are looking for a skilled Proposal Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the proposal response process, overseeing the bid preparation process, and ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions.

  • Bid Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid preparation process, including document review, proposal development, and team coordination.
  • Document Review: Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender packages to identify requirements and develop compliant responses.
  • Proposal Development: Project manage, write, and prepare responses for opportunities from industrial, commercial, institutional, and governmental clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Bid Management: Ensure all bid submissions are detailed, accurate, and compliant with requirements.
  • Document Review: Participate in debriefs and post-mortems to refine processes and improve future submissions.
  • Proposal Development: Work with executives, directors, financial teams, and operational managers to ensure submissions align with strategic goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary education in English, Communications, Business, or a related field with a strong emphasis on writing and research.
  • At least five years of experience in developing documentation, particularly for procurement opportunities.
  • Proven experience managing a small team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.
  • Attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).

**What We Offer:** A competitive salary range of $90,000–$100,000, along with health benefits and a performance-based bonus.
