Content Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a driven marketing specialist to help us grow our Digital Marketing agency to the next level. The ideal candidate will be passionate, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Content Marketing Strategy (40%)

  • Collaborate with design, writing, and strategy teams to create, manage,e and execute multi-channel content marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social media,
  • Create pitch decks and presentations to new and existing clients to demonstrate inbound marketing strategies
  • Review and edit content delivered by internal marketing and freelance collective teams
  • Source and manage a network of freelance writers, influencers and content creators to deliver high-quality branded content
  • Report on strategy results, learnings, and next steps on a monthly basis

Content Creation & Execution (30%)

  • Manage the execution of content calendars in alignment with strategies proposed
  • Ideate, write and execute video projects, including script writing, location scouting and editing
  • Support with blog content creation and publishing
  • Support with email marketing strategy and copywriting
  • Work with the broader team to manage influencer campaigns, webinars and video projects
  • Coordinate content creation for clients - work with internal and external teams to deliver content on time
  • Work with the SEO specialist to make sure content is capitalizing on search opportunities
  • Ensure all content delivered is on brand and aligns with clients' tone
  • Identify relevant or timely content opportunities by keeping up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, product knowledge, and customer feedback

Project Management (30%)

  • Manage the on-time delivery and execution of content calendars
  • Keep clients in the loop with approvals and updates
  • Ensure the entire team understands the strategies you put together and is clear on how to execute them
  • Identify and solve roadblocks in a timely manner to keep strategy on track

What You Bring

  • Editorial, Business or Liberal Arts Education
  • Highly organized and ambitious
  • Ability to produce a steady stream of content and measure its success
  • Ability to present in an engaging and persuasive manner
  • Basic knowledge of search engine marketing tools
  • 3+ years experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience with content creation and video production is a bonus
