- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and updates in our database.
- Coordinate and manage shifts for security staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn new software.
- Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is an asset.
