Overview

Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional security services, and we're seeking a skilled Operations Scheduler to join our team. As an Operations Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.

Job Summary

This Casual/On-Call position involves scheduling Security Staff for various shifts, dispatching staff as needed, and maintaining accurate records of security incidents. You will work closely with our Client Service Manager and Security Staff to ensure that our clients receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and Security Staff via telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Answer calls and dispatch Security Staff as required
  • Update and maintain the Security Incident database
  • Fulfill shift vacancies and update schedules as necessary
Requirements
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills
  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer usage, with an ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software
  • Experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is an asset
