Mitigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by floods, fires, and other disasters.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is in good working condition.
- Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a clean criminal background check and a drug test.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Be able to lift 75 pounds frequently.
- Possess a strong desire to continually learn and grow professionally.
- IICRC certification is considered an asset but not required.
