About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal LePage Peaceland August Jian Realty. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team productivity
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to maintain high standards
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
