Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment & Supported Living Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) program, you will play a critical role in providing clinical expertise and support to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to MHSU teams and contracted service providers on policies and procedures related to access and eligibility for Mental Health & Substance Use Supported Housing, Residential & Treatment program resources.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes and audits for MH&SU bed-based treatment and supported living programs.
- Participate in risk management activities, including conducting safety audits and investigating and reviewing Serious Incident reports.
- Contribute to the development of policies, standards, procedures, protocols, and evaluation processes by recommending changes and providing feedback to the Coordinator or Manager.
- Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Counselling, or a related allied health/social science/health discipline.
- Four (4) years' recent related mental health & substance use experience, including clinical experience in mental health and substance use, contracted services or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Valid B.C. Driver's license and access to personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
