Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Moulder to join our team at Romac Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet our high standards.
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
  • Follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for the injection moulding process.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
