Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Moulder to join our team at Romac Products. As a Plastic Injection Moulder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet our high standards.
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
  • Follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for the injection moulding process.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Repetitive tasks, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
