Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Moulder to join our team at Romac Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet our high standards.
  • Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products efficiently.
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
  • Follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for the injection moulding process.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth production process.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Requires attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Personal Suitability:

  • Accurate and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and reliable with excellent team player skills.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week
