Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Manager at Arterra Wines Canada, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for key customers. Your primary objective will be to achieve revenue targets, value share of market, and customer acquisition metrics while ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and pricing initiatives that meet customer needs and drive business results.
- Manage budgets and utilize business intelligence tools to optimize return on investment (ROI) for Arterra Wines Canada.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and promotional plans to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers to drive market growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods industry.
- Valid driver's license and wine industry certifications (WSET2 or equivalent) are preferred.
