Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in an urban area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial performance to optimize profitability and drive revenue growth
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor staff performance to ensure high-quality service and food quality
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
