We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team at Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre LTD. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans. They will also be expected to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.

In addition to these tasks, the Maintenance Worker will be required to perform safety and security checks, move heavy furniture and equipment, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. They will also be responsible for watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens, as well as cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with excellent physical stamina and ability to work under pressure. They will also possess excellent oral communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
