Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, successfully delivering business analysis activities in complex IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
