Job Title: Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming business needs into actionable requirements, working closely with internal clients to understand their needs, analyzing business processes, and translating these into detailed specifications for our development team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct meetings with internal clients to discuss and understand their business needs and requirements related to the product.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure they are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business goals.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into detailed, actionable business requirements and functional specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with product managers to understand and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine feature implementation strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role, within Project and Program Management or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
- Experience with product roadmap management and feature prioritization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
