Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Stallion Maintenance Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
