Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate crops on our vertical farming system, ensuring optimal growing conditions and crop quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records, providing regular reports to management.
  • Negotiate with clients to provide agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment.
  • Perform general farm duties, including operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in agricultural crop services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
