We are a dynamic farming company seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our farm. As an Agricultural Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure the efficient and effective management of farm activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and Prioritize Tasks: Develop and implement schedules and plans to accomplish daily work objectives.
  • Farm Operations Oversight: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal crop quality and yield.
  • Machinery and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial and production data to inform business decisions.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise farm staff on best practices and procedures to enhance overall farm performance.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train; must have relevant experience in agricultural operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,400, based on 40 hours of work per week. This figure is subject to change based on location and other factors.
