Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Supervise the preparation of ingredients, cooking, and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Supermarket/grocery store environment.
