The Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management systems in North America, and we're looking for a skilled Bilingual Service Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will provide exceptional training and support to our customers in the Service module of our software, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills in both English and French. As a Bilingual Service Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive training to customers in the Service module of our software
  • Offering exceptional customer service and support
  • Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the Service Support team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and updating processes as needed
  • Responding to internal and external training requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment
  • Superior customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
