About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable sales from the rental of our equipment fleet, specifically large generators, air compressors, temperature control, and desiccant dehumidifiers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers in the equipment rental industry
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B direct sales and/or project management within the equipment industry
  • Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
  • Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management
  • Power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable
