We are seeking a highly skilled and well-connected Industry Network Development Specialist to join our team and help expand our reach within the construction industry.
Job Summary:The Industry Network Development Specialist will be responsible for leveraging their extensive connections within the construction agencies to foster relationships, drive business growth, and expand our network.
- Business Development: Identify key decision-makers within construction agencies to drive business opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with construction agencies and related organizations to enhance business growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders within construction agencies.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and network with potential partners.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within construction agencies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior executives.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience working with or within construction agencies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to construction.
