Cybersecurity Network Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Network Specialist to join our team at Cybernamix inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users and implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down and maintain control records.
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring software and optimize server performance.
  • Respond to requests for help and information from website visitors and designers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of networking security, internet, and information technology.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Windows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
