Job Title: Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at StockYard Meat Products. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale in our retail and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting and preparing meats to customer specifications
  • Operating meat cutting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Wrapping and packaging meats for sale
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a meat cutting or related role
  • Ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
